Last time I visited, the conversation they were having, they were wondering why their hours were getting cut. Hmm. Yea I wonder why too, DUH. Stop the chit chat and get some work done. Acknowledge your customers and maybe you'll get more. Stuff they have here is simple, you take a chance buying it.
